Ambassador Lu Shaye Attends the Seminar on China-Canada Economy and Trade of Canadian Chamber of Commerce

On February 7th, Chinese Ambassador to Canada Lu Shaye attended in Ottawa the Seminar on China-Canada Economy and Trade held by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and delivered a keynote speech. Sun Jiwen, Minister Counselor for Economic and Commercial Affairs of the Chinese Embassy in Canada and others accompanied Ambassador Lu during his attendance.

Ambassador Lu introduced China’s economic situation in 2017 to attendees from industrial and commercial communities of Canada. Speaking positively of the development of economic and trade relations between China and Canada, Ambassador Lu also answered hot-spot and difficult questions on bilateral economic and trade cooperation, and hoped that the political and business circles of both countries could understand each other and make joint efforts to promote China-Canada relations for greater development in the new era.
